GARLIC & HERB ROASTED MUSHROOMS

MAKES: 5 SERVINGS
6 cups medium crimini mushrooms
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 T butter, melted
1 t lemon zest
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mushrooms, parsley, garlic, butter, lemon zest, salt, and pepper; mix well.
3. Evenly divide mushrooms between five 8-oz ramekins (or pour into an 8” square baking dish). Bake for 15 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 3 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Gather ingredients.

Add 1/2 cup fresh minced parsley.
Add 4 peeled and minced garlic cloves.
Add 2 T melted butter.
Add 1 t lemon zest.
Add 1/2 t salt.
Add 1/4 t pepper.
Stir to combine.
Evenly divide mushrooms between five 8-oz ramekins (or pour into an 8” square baking dish).
Bake for 15 minutes, or until tender. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese and bake for 3 additional minutes, or until cheese is melted.
I wish I could eat garlic because these mushrooms look very delicious. I bet the melted parmesan cheese is just the perfect topper too.
