2. Prepare crust: Add Budget Mix to a large bowl and make a well in the center.

5. Prepare toppings: Add ground beef, garlic, and salt to a medium skillet. Brown beef over medium heat; drain and set aside.
6. While beef is browning, cook bacon in a small skillet over medium heat; drain and set aside.
7. In a small bowl, whisk pizza sauce and mustard together; spread evenly over pizza crust.
8. Arrange tomatoes and pickles over crust. Add ground beef and onion. Top with cheese and bacon.
9. Bake for 17-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

What a meal on a pizza dough! This looks like the perfect quick solution to a hungry crowd. I am assuming you can use the gluten free budget mix if needed? Both of my grown girls would love a dish like this if the crust could be gluten free.

Our gluten-free Budget Mix makes a great pizza crust for any topping. Ashley also made this with of gf Budget Mix so the gf girls in the design studio could eat it. VERY good!
