    What would i do with this honey?
    Sop it up on my homemade bisquits of course, and let it druel down my mouth.
    I love it in my plain greek yogurt and dipping my chicken fingers in.
    Spoon a bit in my tea before bed as i read Your wonderful warm inspiring magazine.
    I would share a jar with my good friend Sue who is so kind to share her Mary Jane magazine with me.

    Wow, what a lovely giveaway! I add honey to my yogurt, slather it on english muffins with peanut or almond butter, bake with it, add it to my oatmeal, and to soothe a sore throat or cough, I stir a tablespoon of honey & a squeeze of lemon into a warm cup of water and drink it up! Thank you!

    We would eat it! Use it in baking! My dad keeps 🐝 bees so we actually have our own honey 🍯 from our backyard!

    MaryJane, I was just wondering, how can they be 100% sure the honey 🍯 is organic? Becuase they can’t control where the bees 🐝 go.

    I would bake my favorite honey bread, use the second jar as a glaze for pork tenderloin, and the 3rd jar would be savored many times on fresh biscuits baked over the campfire!!! YUMMY!!!

    I love honey and usually use local sourced. Would love to give this a try. I use honey in tea, on fresh home made breads, honey glazed carrots!

    I would make tons of honeyed orange and grapefruit peels. The Apr-May 2017 magazine recipe for Candied Orange Peels, page 87, reminds me of my paternal grandmother, Mimi. I remember watching her lovingly lay out candied orange and grapefruit peels on wire racks with her gnarled and arthritic fingers. Thirty years later, the smell of lemon or grapefruit still makes me think of her and the love with which she made her candied orange and grapefruit peels.

    I have recently found my grandmother’s Honey Cookie recipe. I make fresh, homemade cookies for my 90 year old dad every month, as his yearly birthday present. I would love to use this honey in those cookies!

    Hmm, so many things I would do with some honey! Every morning in my tea, and depending on my mood and the weather, either in oatmeal, yogurt, or on toast. Add it to simmering fresh fruit with a dab of butter, to go on pancakes or French toast. Maybe a quick dribble in stir fry sauce at dinner. And my FAVORITE way to enjoy honey, drizzled on vanilla ice cream for dessert.

    I would try the recipe for Feta Pockets (page 52 in the latest issue). They look delicious! I’d also use it on our breakfast rounds from Costco–honey is the perfect touch to those!

    uummm I think I would just dip a spoon in it and enjoy it! : D In seriousness, I use honey on toast, in marinades, in tea, and to make Elderberry syrup to help my family fend off colds. We love honey! I would share some with my parents too as they love to use honey for all the same reasons. : )

    I bake bread once a week. I use honey instead of sugar. So much better with honey. I also use honey in my homemade chai tea among many other things. I would love to try “Once Again Organic Killer Honey Bee Honey”!

    Honey is a necessary ingredient in my homemade BBQ sauce, and I love to use it when making bread. My husband and I slather it all over hot cornbread and biscuits.

    Both of my daughters would get a jar and I would keep a jar for me and my husband. He likes peanut butter and honey sandwiches and we both like honey on our unsweetened cereal. Today I had a first, honey, cinnamon and creamer in my coffee!!

    With three jars of this honey I would make your Feta Pockets, the perfect combination of sweet and salty. I would also use some in my morning Earl Grey Tea and my evening cup of Sleepy Time.

    We use raw honey in teas, cooking and 1st aid. Having 3 jars of such certifiably organic honey would be a jackpot to be shared with my daughter and her family (5)….thanks….

    My husband has allergies, and we don’t have home-grown, organic bee honey anywhere near us. That would be the main purpose, and I love honey in my hot tea or wherever I use sugar, I would rather replace it with honey.

    I love honey for so many things…coffee, tea, treats and body scrub! I would probably make a “killer” bienstich cake, or “killer” baklava as well as all those everyday uses.
