    Don’t dwell on It! My mom said this , to get your mind off whatever. And “Mind over matter” . Research has shown that the mind influences es many things, health related who would have thought my mom was right,in1960’s!

  3. My favorite “saying” was taught to me by my “baby bro” Jake over 50 years ago. Jake was just a kid at the time, but was self-learning how to work on automobiles. The “saying” comes from my trying to “help” him, and he’d say “Lefty Loosie, Rightie Tightie”. This has served me well all my life.     My Mamo (Grandma) would always tell me “Life is tough” when I happend to complain about something…as she was super positive about everything in life and didn’t like to hear negative from me…well I came across a sign that I am now saying to my daughters that I like so much more;] “Life is tough darling, but so are you!”
