I’m calling you out!!!! (How many exclamation marks does it take for you to hear “I love you, man”?) On a roll ... call, I’m listing each and every Sister that joins our Sisterhood movement and the amazing accomplishments of those who earn Merit Badges. “Hear YE!”
What a great turnout! Aren’t we lucky to be able to meet so many wonderful and interesting people?! My daughter Meg, SIL Lucas, and I thank you for joining us today at Herberger’s in Chubbuck, Idaho where my MaryJane’s Home bed linens are sold. BTW, the store was packed with shoppers because today is one of their “CommUNITY Days” in which a portion of sales are donated to 25 local organizations. They’ve extended it an extra day through tomorrow so they can accomodate everyone. If you’re local, there are some serious bargains to be had today and tomorrow, Sunday. I did all my Christmas shopping for the grandkids today … now, where is that UPS store? Either that or buy another suitcase:) Thank you Southern Idaho and Herberger’s!!!
Wondering who I am? I’m Merit Badge Awardee Jane (MBA Jane for short). In myformer life …
Art is not something I’ve always excelled at. Let’s just say I’m artfully challenged. Sketching impaired. Watercolorphobic. When art classes came around in school, I was too busy nibbling the erasers and licking the paste to really pay a lot of attention to focal points, shading, and blending. I thought I was art challenged, that is, until I realized Art Class came at 2:30, and I was just hungry.
All proceeds (minus shipping and packing) will benefit www.firstbook.org, a non-profit that provides new books to children from low-income families throughout the U.S. and Canada.
MaryJane will post a photo of the prop and its cost here along with a few details as to its condition. The first person to call the farm and talk with Brian, 208-882-6819, becomes the new owner of a little bit of herstory. Shipping will be either USPS or UPS, our choice. No returns.
