\t\t\t\tHere’s a word that caught my eye\u2014and my memory. Below is a snippet of an article in the upcoming “Smitten” April\/May 2012 issue of my magazine.<\/p>\n

(My [Mercury] Very [Venus] Educated [Earth] Mother [Mars] Just [Jupiter] Served [Saturn] Us [Uranus] Nine [Neptune] Pizzas [Pluto, which was still a planet back then])”<\/em><\/p>\n

Say it with me: Mnemonic<\/a> – <\/strong>\\ni-m\u00e4-nik\\ adjective, noun<\/em> assisting or intended to assist memory.<\/p>\n

How good is your brain in its mnemonic endeavors? Carol uses a mnemonic to remember the tuning on her little ukulele: Good Cats Eat Ants (G, C, E, A).<\/span><\/p>\n
