(The vocal group was the Crypt-kicker Thighs.)<\/p>\n<p>She did the mash. Mine\u2019s a whooper. Does anyone have a <em>Transylvanian Twist<\/em>? Show me yours, and if it tops mine I\u2019ll\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t decided yet.<\/p>\n<p>What would be inappropriate? Or do you <em>carrot <\/em>at all what I choose? Many nutrients are found in, or just under, the skin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"border-std-bottom\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px;\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li>5 medium potatoes (approx. 1 1\/2 lbs.), cut into 2\u2033 pieces<\/li>\n<li>3 parsnips, cut into 2\u2033 pieces<\/li>\n<li>1 turnip, cut into 2\u2033 pieces<\/li>\n<li>3 carrots, cut into 2\u2033 pieces<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced<\/li>\n<li>6 T butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup half \u2018n\u2019 half<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"border-std-bottom\" style=\"padding-bottom: 5px;\">Directions:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"directions\">\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add vegetables, return to boil, and reduce heat to medium. Cook vegetables just until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and return to pot.<\/li>\n<li>Add butter and mash until smooth. Stir in half \u2018n\u2019 half.
