Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Spread melted butter into an 8\u201dx8\u201d baking dish.<br \/>\n2. Scatter about \u00be cup cheese over the butter and crack eggs into the dish, taking care that the yolks remain intact.<br \/>\n3. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and salt. Pour heavy cream over the eggs. Scatter the remaining cheese over the top.<br \/>\n4.
