The salads were &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">easy, as most of it was harvested from the farm, including the potatoes. The fresh pear and apple ciders that Kim and her parents pressed only a few hours before were more than marvelous. What an amazing bunch of folks we get to work with every day.
