Can you add to my Janeology?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jane Austen (1775 \u20131817)<br \/>\nAuthor, Sense and Sensibility,\u00a0 Pride and Prejudice<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I do not want people to be agreeable, as it saves me that trouble of liking them.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What dreadful hot weather we have! It keeps me in a continual state of inelegance.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jane Fonda (1937-<br \/>\nAcademy Award winning Actor, Activist, Author, workout guru<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When you can&#8217;t remember why you&#8217;re hurt, that&#8217;s when you&#8217;re healed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ted needs someone to be there 100% of the time. He thinks that&#8217;s love. It&#8217;s not love &#8211; it&#8217;s babysitting.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If you&#8217;re ever in a situation where you&#8217;re not getting served or you can&#8217;t get what you need, just cry. A good many dramatic situations begin with screaming.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jane Russell (1921-2011)<br \/>\nActor, The Outlaw, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I like a man who can run faster than I can.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Jane Addams (1860 \u20131935)<br \/>\nThe first American woman to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, founded Hull House in Chicago, a \u201csettlement house&#8221; which offered social services to urban poor, including kindergarten classes, clubs, a public kitchen, an art gallery, a coffeehouse, a gymnasium, a girls club, a swimming pool, a book bindery, a music school, a drama group, a library, and an adult night school.<\/p>\n<p>Addams helped organize the Women&#8217;s Peace Party and the International Congress of Women in an effort to avert the first World War.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jane this, Jane that.
