Those garrulous girls can be heard<\/p>\n

all around the farm.<\/p>\n

Squawk!<\/i><\/p>\n

Is a raccoon causing the ruckus?<\/p>\n

A weasel, perhaps? Stray dog? Barn cat? Eagle? Owl?<\/p>\n

The uproar sends me running every time,<\/p>\n

tripping over my feet and\u00a0bushes along our pathways,<\/p>\n

to see what’s ruffling their feathers.<\/p>\n

And more often than not,<\/p>\n

what do I find?<\/p>\n

Just a coop full of cachinnating chickens \u2026<\/p>\n

What’s so funny?<\/i><\/p>\n
