While Mom and NannyJane were traveling to a farmgirl glamping gathering in Kansas (stay tuned for their posts), Dad took Mia, me, and our pup camping last weekend.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image wp-image-37230\" alt=\"camping bridge\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/camping-bridge-e1367966684477.jpg\" width=\"460\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image wp-image-37231\" alt=\"camp 2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/camp-2-e1367968991279.jpg\" width=\"460\" height=\"345\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We may live in Idaho, but we have our own white sandy beaches! We visit the Salmon River so much that Mia thought our family\u00a0owned it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image wp-image-37233\" alt=\"headlamps\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/headlamps-e1367969234272.jpg\" width=\"460\" height=\"514\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We roasted sausages, played in the freezing-cold river, took a day hike, wore our headlamps once it started to get dark, and learned how to cast with our fishing poles. Dad caught two fish, but we need to\u00a0keep practicing.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image wp-image-37234\" alt=\"camp3\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/camp3-e1367969295446.jpg\" width=\"460\" height=\"280\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another beautiful camping trip.
