In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 T butter, garlic, and pork. Cook until pork is lightly browned and cooked through; add salt and transfer to a bowl.<br \/>\n2. Continuing to cook over medium-high heat, add eggs to pan and cook until set. Add eggs to bowl with pork.<br \/>\n3. Continuing over medium-high heat, add remaining butter, rice, peas, and miso. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and add pork, eggs, cilantro, lime juice, and sesame oil; mix well.
