{"id":59690,"date":"2015-12-12T00:09:20","date_gmt":"2015-12-12T08:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/?p=59690"},"modified":"2015-12-12T00:09:20","modified_gmt":"2015-12-12T08:09:20","slug":"angel-sighting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/59690","title":{"rendered":"angel sighting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\tJust had to share an e-mail we received this week from shopgirl Patsy in our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/MaryJanesFarmStore\/\">Coeur d&#8217;Alene store<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-59691\" src=\"http:\/\/www.raisingjane.org\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/18300_1201915809834590_7457815699239872581_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Patsy says,<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This morning on my way into the Plaza, I held the door open for a beautiful older woman and we talked as I unlocked the store.\u00a0I commented on the rainy day, and she said how happy she was to be out in it because she had just turned 90!\u00a0With that, she pulled down her hood and showed me the bright pink streak\u00a0she&#8217;d put in her hair to celebrate.\u00a0I hugged her and asked her what her secret was, and this is what she said:<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Honey, remember everything in life has a positive and a negative side &#8230; YOU get to choose.\u00a0Choose positive!\u00a0 Everything that happens is an opportunity to learn.\u00a0Take it.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>With that, she trucked off down the Plaza.\u00a0Hmmm &#8230; we just never know who our next teacher will be.
