Once a month, she would have a \u2018detox day\u2019 during which she kept herself well hydrated and ate only fresh fruit, vegetables, and yogurt,\u201d recounts blogger <a href=\"https:\/\/jessicareidy.com\/2016\/03\/10\/the-morning-routines-of-crazy-successful-people\/\"><u>Jessica Reidy<\/u><\/a>. \u201cShe preferred to eat organic, and the only exercise she liked was to take was walks in the fresh air.
