Buy props used in MaryJane’s books and magazine!
5% of profits will benefit www.firstbook.org, a non-profit that provides new books to children from low-income families throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Here’s how:
MaryJane will post a photo and a description of a prop and its cost along with a few details as to its condition here: https://shop.maryjanesfarm.org/MaryJanesCurations. It’s a playful way to be the new owner of a little bit of farm herstory.

Rootstalk Festival

We received an email yesterday from a sister who took a photo of my mother during her Rootstalk workshop, How to Live an Organic Lifestyle. I think Beth completely caught who she is in photo form! This will go down as one of my favorites. Thanks Beth!!!!!!!

I Need a Cluck ‘N Cup of Coffee

When was the last time you drank a “Cluck ’N Cup” of coffee? Does that mean you were enjoying it with a klatch of girlfriends? Did you have a cluckin’ good time? As my driver was delivering me to the Charlotte, NC airport a couple of months ago just before dawn, I spied this little shop. “Can you stop please? I NEED a photo of this!” He pulled over, I rolled down my window, and snatched a shot. Have any of you seen these shops in NC? What a fun place for sisters to meet up/catch up. What a cluckin’ great way to start your day. Here’s the skinny: cluckncup.getmyip.com/html.

Good morming, MaryJane – I lived in Exton for years and loved it. After a house fire in 2006, I relocated to Georgia. Gosh I miss the Exton Diner, the hardware store and the Goodwill. I really miss the KIng of Prussia mall. Do you by change know Nancy McGill, Toni Gorking ,Jean Mills or Margie Converse. They are my very best girl friends. Would love to hear from you.

Hi all!
I’ve been a farmgirl all my life(even those few times I lived in the city) and I just have to say that it is so great to see so many young women getting back to basics and getting their hands in the dirt. And it is also great to have a place to share our new/old experiences, learning how to live in harmony with Earth.I’m sure I speak for everyone when I say:
Thank you, Maryjane, for providing this place.
LOVE this picture!!!
