How can I raise the level of gratitude in my life? Let me count the ways.
People buying my organic quick-prep meals, in Mylar 15-year-shelf-life packaging, keep my food crew plenty busy. It’s monotonous work, but they never complain. I’d like to express my gratitude, no, make that GRATITUDE, for the excellent mistake-proof job they do, day in and day out, year after year.

My little sister made this for Grandpa Nick to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. He hung it in his truck so he can see it every day. He says it’s easier to spot his truck now in parking lots. I hope there’s a pot of gold at the end of your rainbow today!

I will never forget when I was hopelessly lost and two women on the streets of Krokow, Poland who taught me to read the rail system and pointed me in the right direction without saying a word I could understand! The only way I could show my graditude was a smile and a hug. A moment in time I will never forget.
