Oooh yum! It’s the perfect picture because we are having strawberry shortcake for dessert tonight. 🙂
We just started our strawberries and have few berries that the birds seem to get before us. I keep watching the berries, but the birds must get them just before they are ripe. I go out the next day, and poof! They are gone. Oh well, there is not very many so enjoy birds! They do this to our blueberries and blackberries, too. Because we just started them. Next year–netting!
