  3. Rebecca Taylor says:

Oooh yum! It’s the perfect picture because we are having strawberry shortcake for dessert tonight. 🙂

  4. Nancy Couden says:

We just started our strawberries and have few berries that the birds seem to get before us. I keep watching the berries, but the birds must get them just before they are ripe. I go out the next day, and poof! They are gone. Oh well, there is not very many so enjoy birds! They do this to our blueberries and blackberries, too. Because we just started them. Next year–netting!

I bet this does make a delicious stir fry sauce. The photo in the back looks like quite a feast of veggies and chicken.

  2. Krista says:

Sweet and sour sauce is delicious over chicken, so I bet the plum version would be even tastier. This would also be a good way to get more hidden fruits into my husbands food!

  3. Cindi says:

Plum sauce is called for in so many Asian recipes and a major frustration for me. Commercial plum sauces are not gluten free (soy sauce contains wheat). Once again the Farmgirl connection has come to my rescue ~ I just love ya all 🙂
