Oh, memories of Gramma’s house in the 70s…she churned every couple of days and stored the butter in the freezer. Grew up eating that butter on buckwheat pancakes with dark honey. Yum. I have the wooden bowl, paddle, and mold she used. Hope to use them myself some day…
