    Honey, one of the wonder foods of the world. I use honey in tea and on yogurt, to sweeten cut up strawberries and more! My daughter would get 1 jar for her tea and makeup recipes and sometimes just a teaspoon full soothes my sweet tooth:)

    My family loves honey. I use honey instead of sugar in baking. My grandsons Evan and Mason, like it on apples.

    I would be delighted to win three jars of Killer Bee honey. I use honey daily as a sweetener in my tea (especially when I have a cold. I also add lemon, and it is very soothing.
    I’ve frequently used honey or applesauce in my baking as I am a caregiver for an elderly lady with diabetes.

    We use honey many ways but mostly in teas and over our homemade biscuits. It’s great for bbq’s and grilling salmon too. And when you smoke fish, it’s great for that glaze.

    Using raw honey topically for cuts and scrapes is a safe way to avoid infections and speed healing. We also make a mixture of ACV and honey is a great daily tonic. Ayurveda states that “Raw Honey is Nectar, cooked Honey is Poison.”

    Hi MaryJane: I would keep one and share them with my sisters. I would use it in my tea. I take a spoon daily for health reasons. Use for facials.

    I love my matcha green tea in the afternoon to get me through the rest of the day, and I always sweeten it with honey! I actually replace almost all of the sugar in any recipe with honey, so it is a major staple in my household!

    We go through a 16 oz. jar weekly simply by using it in our coffee , tea and smoothies. I also take a straight spoonful now and then to help coat my throat because I’m getting over a cough. Now, if I use it in place of white sugar for baking, that jar goes by even quicker. We love us some honey!!

    This Honey looks delicious. I use honey in my homemade yogurt with a little vanilla. Sometimes I make an hot drink with warm milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. It works great for healing small cuts. Honey is so versatile. Love good honey

    I would try out recipes from your wonderful magazine with the first jar. The second jar would be hidden from my family so I could always have fabulous honey for my hot tea. And the third jar would be reluctantly given to my mom because she always taught me to share:)

    Hi, I love natural body products, so one thing I would do is make some basic hand and body cream with a little of the honey. Just going through the winter we have had in the Pacific Northwest this year has reminded me to really take care of my skin.
    I also would use the honey to make so many baked goods for my family and friends. I like to make cupcakes and cookies from vegan cook books I have for these 2 kinds of baked goodies. What I like about honey is that I can switch out the sugar called for in a recipe for a smaller amount of honey is some recipes with success. Also, I like to bake simple rustic bread with a little honey in it. Thankyou for sharing all you do with us.

    We use honey pretty much every day. Usually local honey for allergies, local and “imported”imported”{anyplace else-usually next county over} for cooking, homemade cosmetic, medicinal(external) and just plain eating, like on toast, English muffins, pancakes, etc. Love MJF!     I love good honey. I would share a jar with my sister as she does as well. I like it in my tea and used as a sweetener. I love it on my English muffins. My sister is the creative one.

    I would keep one jar for myself & my family. We enjoy using honey in our tea, on toast, or just on a spoon. Yum! The second jar I would put at the coffee/tea station at work so all the tea drinkers can enjoy it. The third jar would give to a family friend.

    I use honey on my oatmeal in the morning, with tea and in glazes along with baking. My husband is expecting 2 sets of bees this spring and will try 2 new hives. His first hive died off (he thinks he killed the queen)last summer. There is certainly a learning curve before a honey harvest can be made. All honey is precious material.

    Hot lemonade with honey, so perfect for a cold. In my tea every day–nothing else tastes right in tea anymore. Give a jar to my best friend, whose family was a successful producer of delicious honeys for years, but that’s gone now. Tastes great just on the spoon!

    I will totally smear it on lovely sour dough bread (that I make!) and enjoy it in a lovely Iced Tea since we are in CA and Spring is coming right away!… I would also enjoy watching my 16 year old mini-me lavish it on some homemade greek yogurt with fresh strawberries from our garden 🙂

    If I won the honey, I would use it to make Kutia, a traditional dish (in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and some parts of Poland). that uses sprouted wheat, honey, poppy seeds, walnuts and raisins (recipes will vary). I would also use it on peanut butter sandwiches instead of jelly, also spread on crackers, in tea and in switchel.

    Honey is an all time favorite in our home and we have found many different uses for this golden treasure! However more importantly everytime I have a piece of toast with honey it brings me right back to my childhood when I would stay at my grandmother’s and I would get up early to find her making biscuits and we would eat them with her delicious honey! A memory I cherish!

    I would make a BIG batch of super delicious Baklava. I would cut up into nice size squares and package up real pretty for spring. Then I would gift all my farm girl buddies with a welcome spring chunk of sweetness from my kitchen <3

    We will spread the honey on biscuits, toast and pancakes. I have an oatmeal cake recipe that will benefit from the honey. Honey is always good in tea, especially like it in my citrus and mint blend.

    I would use it on top of my peanut butter bread, in my herbal teas and to make my homemade granola that I use to top my yogurt.
