Happy St. Lucia Day, MaryJane!! It was the 2009 magazine and this holiday favorite of mine that first lit the light for bringing out the Farmgirl in me. It is a day to celebrate, a sort of anniversary for Red Tractor Girl. I am making Nana Olsen’s Norwegian pancakes and serve them with Lingonberry jam for breakfast.
I took a few photos of my celebration set up and will post over on the Forum later when I can photograph the breakfast.
